Application

  • sports rooms, gyms, sports halls
  • body building gyms, fitness clubs, corrective rooms

Suggested polyurethane sports pavements:

  • CONICA (Producer BASF Switzerland)
  • STOCKMEIER (Germany)
  • NOVOFLEX SPORT (Producer NOVOL Ltd. Poland)
  • ELTAN (Producer INTERCHEMOL Ltd. Poland)

Polyurethane pavements are without a weld, synthetic, point and elastic sports pavements, designed for internal use. They ensure safe practicing of sports disciplines e.g. volleyball, basketball, handball etc. They are pavements without a weld, easy in keeping cleanliness. Thanks to using polyurethane materials of high quality, pavements are characterized by perfect technical parameters (great damping of percussive energy – pond protection), high friction factor as well as unusual durability and life-time. Effective appearance (full palette of RAL colours) is received thanks to free colour composition of pavement lacquers, what enables to adjust the pavement to client’s requests.

Polyurethane pavements consist of the following layers:

  • mat made of granulated gum, stacked to the ground
  • polyurethane spatula
  • usable elastic layer (polyurethane screed)
  • top layer (layer of polyurethane lacquer so called "finish matt")

Polyurethane pavement foundation

  • concrete foundation

Thickness of point and elastic sports floor depends on used gum mat, because the system elasticity rises along with the growth of its thickness. In order to get optimal point elasticity, there are used mats with thickness of 7-9 mm. About 2 mm of polyurethane screed should be always counted to this thickness.

  • wooden grate

After joining a point and elastic sports floor with a wooden construction (i.e. superficial and elastic basis) we receive a perfect sports kombi-elastic floor. Thickness of sports kombi-elastic floor is usually about 6 mm (4mm of rubber mat + 2mm of polyurethane screed).

Sports superficial and elastic floor is received through application of polyurethane screed, directly on a superficial and elastic basis, that is so called wooden grate. The advantages of this floor are first of all: high superficial elasticity, good damping of percussive energy, high friction factor, being without a weld and easiness in keeping cleanliness. High point hardness of pavement allows to its universal using, also as a place of parties, concerts, ceremonies etc. It also makes up a direct competition for floors made of linoleum.

All suggested pavements have technical recommendation RT ITB as well as PZH hygienic certificate.

Gretasport has authorization for producing polyurethane pavements of above pavement system producers.
